True Gospel with SAVIOUS-PARKER KWINIKA

SOME people are better off starved of Jehovah God’s abundant blessings. Such sneaky people only seek God and his mercy when things are down but once they are consecrated they disappear.

Such people with characteristics of chameleons shun Jehovah God as soon as things start working well out for them.

I have often encountered in church assemblies single men and women aspiring for marriage.

Desperately looking forward to getting married, they not only pray but cry to Jehovah God to answer their prayers and secure them marriage.

Once they got their beloved ones, they immediately stop coming to church or worshipping Jehovah God.

Similarly, some unemployed persons looking for jobs, while languishing in abject poverty, worship Jehovah God in truth and faith but once their prayers have been answered, and they secure employment, they immediately dump the Sovereign Lord.

Even some of the so-called bishops, prophets and pastors, when they were in their initial stages of establishing their ministries or churches, they worship Jehovah God in truth and faith but wait and see what they get up to once they start receiving blessings.

They completely forget that they became who they are today because of Jehovah God I’m preaching in this platform.

Thus, in my journey and personal encounter with Him, I have come to a conclusion that the Almighty Jehovah God really does have a purpose behind some people’s problems.

Before getting married or finding employment, such believers were reporting to church services early and leaving late. Usually such believers were the ones making sure chairs in church are in order while others were faithful ushers, but once blessed, they vanished into the thin air.

Even at companies where men and women desperately look for jobs, at first, they are initially reliable employees, performing their duties faithfully and honestly, but a few weeks down the line, the same people pursue their own business interests at the expense at their employers.

Worse, such newly employed persons would be abusing company resources chasing own ambitions, dreams and projects at the expense of their employer. Some, with a lack of respect, improper grooming and start vilifying their employers once their crimes come to light.

Yet before being offered such jobs such culprits would be humble and living in abject poverty without accommodation and unpaid bills.

They would be humble, understanding and cooperative.

My teaching is confirmed in the book of Luke 17:11-19 of the New International Version where Jesus healed ten people with leprosy. Out of those ten, only one returned to thank Jehovah God through Jesus Christ. The rest disappeared for good.

Verses 11-to-19 read: “Now on his way to Jerusalem, Jesus traveled along the border between Samaria and Galilee. 12 As he was going into a village, ten men who had leprosy[a] met him. They stood at a distance 13 and called out in a loud voice, “Jesus, Master, have pity on us!”

14 When he saw them, he said, “Go, show yourselves to the priests.” And as they went, they were cleansed.

15 One of them, when he saw he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice. 16 He threw himself at Jesus’ feet and thanked him—and he was a Samaritan.

17 Jesus asked, “Were not all ten cleansed? Where are the other nine? 18 Has no one returned to give praise to God except this foreigner?” 19 Then he said to him, “Rise and go; your faith has made you well.”

This is the type of people we still have today in the world, who don’t even appreciate the good things the Almighty Jehovah God would have done in their lives.

In marriages, you might find a woman, desperately looking for a man to marry her behaving good in the early stages of marriage.

Upon being brought into the house, the same woman starts challenging and fighting the same husband she was crying, fasting and praying for, talking abusive as well as claiming baseless “human rights” and “rule of law” in the new marriage.

In the book of Matthew 14:13-21, we see Jesus feeding 5 000 hungry people, but immediately being fed, they all stopped following him.

Jesus was great in that He knew all the people who were following Him wherever he went were not after the True Gospel of Jehovah God, but were merely after the bread (his miracles).

As a result, Jesus being the Son of The Most High Jehovah God had mastered the art of knowing people’s behaviours in that he would first heal a few people before the crowd throngs where he would be preaching.

By the time such miracle-hungry people arrive, Jesus would have finished performing miracles so that he concentrates on preaching the True Gospel hence indirectly discouraging the gospel of miracles.

Instead of finding Jesus healing the sick, raising the dead, feeding the hungry and turning water into wine, Jesus preferred miracle believers find Him preaching the everlasting Word of His heavenly Father – Jehovah God.

In the verses of Matthew 14:13-21, “when Jesus heard what had happened, he withdrew by boat privately to a solitary place. Hearing of this, the crowds followed him on foot from the towns. 14 When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them and healed their sick.”

15 As evening approached, the disciples came to him and said, “This is a remote place, and it’s already getting late. Send the crowds away, so they can go to the villages and buy themselves some food.”

16 Jesus replied, “They do not need to go away. You give them something to eat.”

17 “We have here only five loaves of bread and two fish,” they answered.

18 “Bring them here to me,” he said. 19 And he directed the people to sit down on the grass. Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke the loaves. Then he gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the people.

20 They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over. 21 The number of those who ate was about five thousand men, besides women and children.

You see here, Jesus’ teachings were confirmed by one of my greatest Apostles of all times, Paul of Tarsus, who warned believers not to value miracles, speaking in tongues and other show off things.

According to the book of 1 Corinthians 13:1:If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal”, while the New Living Translation reads: “If I could speak all the languages of earth and of angels, but didn’t love others, I would only be a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.”

This shows miracles, the gospel of materials and gaining of earthly possessions dominate many churches today at the expensive of the True Gospel.

Our Lord Jesus Christ clearly reveals in the book of Matthew 16:26: “What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul,” while the New Living Translation states: “And what do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your own soul? Is anything worth more than your soul?”

In my journey with the Almighty Jehovah God, I have come to a conclusion, only three things will boost our chances of meeting with Jesus Christ at the end of times, when we shall all rise again.

The three include FAITH in Jehovah God, HOPE (trust) in Jesus, and LOVE (love one another) while on earth.

Apostle Paul captures this very well in the book of 1 Corinthians 13:13: “And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love,” while New Living Translation reads: “Three things will last forever–faith, hope, and love–and the greatest of these is love.”

Those who believe in this True Gospel say Amen!
