JOHANNESBURG -The Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane will host this year’s Telkom Knockout Final between SuperSport United and Cape Town City on Saturday.

The Premier Soccer League confirmed on Wednesday .

The match will kick-off at 18h00 on the 10th of December.

This is the second domestic Cup final this year to be played at the Peter Mokaba Stadium.

SuperSport United and Cape Town City, the PSL together with sponsors Telkom are pulling all stops to ensure that the final becomes a festival.

A music concert, featuring some of the country’s hottest music talent, will be one of the main attractions for the public. The music line-up will be announced in the next few days.

“This is not just football but an opportunity for the people of Limpopo to be part of the festivities on Saturday, 10 December. We know that in December people want to have fun and the music concert is in line with this theme. So, we have something for football lovers and also for people who are music enthusiasts. This year’s Telkom Knockout competition has dished out quality football on the field and it is only apt that we close it in style,” said PSL acting Chief Executive, Mato Madlala.
