JOHANNESBURG– THE Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) will on Monday issue its decision in the arbitration procedure between Joseph Blatter and the Federation of International Football Federations (FIFA).
The beleaguered former president of the association in March filed an appeal at CAS against the decision issued by the FIFA Appeal Committee in February.
Blatter (80) seeks the annulment of the decision taken by the committee in which he was suspended from all football-related activities at national and international level for six years.
The Swiss is suspended for corruption.
Blatter was at the helm of FIFA from 1998 until his suspension.
