Dr Gilbert Saggia
NAIROBI, (CAJ News) – SAP Africa has today announced the appointment of Dr Gilbert Saggia as its new Managing Director in East Africa.
He takes over from Ashley Boag.
Prior to his most recent position as Kenya Country Managing Director at Oracle, Saggia was Regional Manager: East Africa at Cisco Systems, and
gained international experience during his tenure as Sales Solutions Manager at Siemens in Belgium.
The Kenyan-born Saggia says as one of the leading technology companies driving innovation and digital ransformation across the African continent,
SAP Africa is a playing a vital role in unlocking the continent’s economic potential.
He says SAP’s groundbreaking work in various industries, paired with its revolutionary Digital Platform and pan-African skills development
initiatives, only served as validation of its commitment to the success and prosperity of the continent and all its citizens.

the East African region.
