Durban queens through to Miss SA finals

DURBAN, (CAJ News) – A graphic designer, medical student, financial controller and mechanical engineer from Durban are in the running to clinch the Miss South Africa 2018 crown.This follows the first pageant regional qualifiers after auditions in Durban this past weekend.

Karishma Ramdev (23) of Chatsworth who is a fifth-year medical student at the University of Pretoria is among the four contestants that have qualified for the national competition.

Leah Prinsloo (22) of Morningside who is a qualified graphic designer and Noxolo Ndebele (24) of Pinetown who did her B. Comm Acc degree at the University of Zululand and currently works as a project financial controller are also in contention.

Avania Reddy (25) of Westville who is a qualified mechanical engineer is also through to make it to the Top 12 which will be announced on May 3 ahead of the pageant on May 27.

Further Miss South Africa regional auditions take place in Cape Town and Johannesburg between March 16 and April 15.
