THE world over, between last Friday and Monday, commemorated an important occasion commonly known universally as the Easter holiday.
It is one of the most important festivities in the Christian calendar honouring our Lord Jesus Christ.
This is the period during which the Son of the true living Jehovah God was falsely charged with sedition, savagely beaten, and nailed to a stake.
As we all might know, Jesus had not committed any sin warranting these heartless Roman soldiers (authorities) to nail and kill Him on the cross alongside hardcore criminals.
Interestingly, the Sovereign Almighty Jehovah God raised Jesus back to life three days later. As that was to proclaim victory, 40 days later, Jesus ascended to heaven.
Now, I really love the true Gospel I’m preaching because I’m so certain and hopeful.
What gives me courage and hope to talk about Jesus Christ without shame, favour and fear or ridicule from the world is because He is alive. He is the same Jesus, the Son of Jehovah God today, tomorrow and forever.
In fact, the reality of the resurrection of Jesus Christ is the driving force behind the dominion, authority and power all believers boast about today. This is why the entire world commemorated this Easter Holiday.
Very soon, Jesus will manifest his reign as King of both heaven and earth following a fierce war against Lucifer (Satan) and his demons in a battle to be named ‘Armageddon’ (Revelation, 16:12-14).
The battle of Armageddon will mark the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, of which those that believe in Him, in truth and faith shall inherit the new Kingdom.
This sentiment might sound funny from false prophets, gospel entrepreneurs (commonly known as church founders) and their pastors who tried in vain to suppress this undiluted message when I introduced this newspaper column to South Africa and the entire African continent on January 22, 2016.
I still maintain my position that “Greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.”- 1 John 4:4-5.
As I write this column, time is completely running out for Satan and his demons in which Jesus is set to reign forever. They have nowhere to hide.
The Bible teaches us right now, Satan and Anti-Christ forces are trotting worldwide calling for arms to stage a resistance front against the impending coming of Jesus Christ, whom Jehovah God shall anoint the King after the war of Armageddon.
This is the reason you see lots of false prophets mushrooming, fake miracles performed to deceive children of God, and elders of various churches and so-called prophets and pastors, some at street corners, preaching much about money. No mention of salvation-Matthew 24:24.
Sadly and disturbingly, hardly does a church service go without pastors, church founders and so-called prophets threatening their members of not giving much offering, tithes, as well as paying for “miracle” oil, healing water, marriage, prosperity and so forth……as if those were the only things Christ died for on the cross.
Worse, the emerging prophets and church founders’ miracles have nothing special to edify or enhance the kingdom of Jehovah God, except to earn themselves praise from the world while duping unsuspecting congregants of their hard earned cash.
This is why today, the so-called prophets and emerging church founders, whom I call Lucifer’s sponsored schemes or devil’s ambassadors, own dozens of expensive cars and mansions across the world when their church members continue living in abject poverty.
It’s disheartening how these church leaders loot from them every church service using the name of Jesus Christ and his father Jehovah God. Eish!
But I have a message for you child of Jehovah God.
Don’t be deterred.
We must focus on this great day when Jesus shall be anointed king of both heaven and earth. The day in which you and I shall be witnesses and inherit the Paradise prepared for us centuries ago.
On this great day, Christ will out-rightly reject those in whose name, enrich themselves at the expense of Jehovah God’s kingdom.
On that day, Jesus will distance Himself from them.
Matthew 7:23 refers. Jesus says, “Then I will tell them plainly, I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!”
As we return from commemorating the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, I would like to warn all false prophets, emerging church founders and pastors from manipulation by greed.
Repent while there is still time. Otherwise you are racing against time.
I really like Mark 8:36, which reads, “For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and to lose his soul?”
Let us reflect on our preaching on the Easter.
Are we out to edify Jehovah God’s kingdom, or seeking to increase people’s numbers in our churches so we enjoy hefty payments and salaries for both pastors and church founders?
I for one, I preach this gospel so that we have a peaceful and better world that abides by Jehovah God’s rules.
Our creator wants all of us to live in love, peace and harmony.
The New International Version Bible on Jeremiah 29:11 refers, “For I know the plans I have for you. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
This is the declaration of the Lord.
We have come this far by faith, so, let us all finish this journey in true gospel and articulate the scriptures according to the true living Jehovah God’s instructions.
Jesus died for you and I so that we may have eternal life and that our sins be forgiven. He has already paid the price at the cross of Calvary.
In other words, Jesus Christ paid a ransom so that we can be considered children of the Kingdom…….children of the Most High.
