True Gospel with SAVIOUS-PARKER KWINIKA
IF people’s love was indeed genuine, believe me, Jesus Christ would not have been condemned to death by the Jews and Romans!

The Son of the living Jehovah God died in broad daylight as everyone watched and many ululated.

What makes me shed tears even today, more than 2 000 years after Jesus’ crucifixion on the cross, is the cruelty and conspiracy perpetrated against the Son of the Living Jehovah God.

Honestly, I was struggling to hold back tears as I wrote about this True Gospel column. Jesus’ death was unwarranted considering the good things He did to humankind.

Though the scriptures were to be fulfilled, but the manner in which Jesus died, one can’t help but cry like a baby.

Well, the good thing Jesus Christ has risen from the dead, ascended into heaven, and we shall see Him again in His second coming.

Back to my main theme of this week, about PEOPLE’S LOVE NOT BEING GENUINE!

If indeed people’s love was genuine, they could have defended Jesus left, right and centre when he was condemned to death.

Recall the miracles he performed.

Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead. Where were Lazarus’ family, relatives and friends when He was killed? Probably all folding their hands.

Recall also the 5, 000 hungry people that Jesus fed with only five loaves of bread and two fish. To imagine all those thousands simply let a few Romans and Jews kill Jesus in broad daylight.

Also recall the wedding at Cana in Galilee where Jesus and his disciples had also been invited.

When people had run out of wine, Jesus was so compassionate to the heavy drinkers before turning water into wine. My question again, ‘Where were those people when Jesus was being killed?’

On LUKE 8:30, Jesus prayed to cast out deadly demons out of embattled man called ‘Legion’, a man whose future was shattered, wrecked, impoverished, condemned and ridiculed, but that man was silent when the Romans and Jews asked who should die between Jesus or Barabbas.

MATTHEW 27:17 reads: “So when the crowd had gathered, Pilate asked them, ‘Which one do you want me to release to you: Barabbas, or Jesus who is called the Messiah?”

The New Living Translation captures it well. It says as the crowds gathered before Pilate’s house that morning, he asked them, “Which one do you want me to release to you–Barabbas, or Jesus who is called the Messiah?”

Here we see thousands of people crying for the release of Barabbas while condemning Jesus to death.

How cruel, evil and immoral people can be.

Have you imagined where the Centurion whose servant was healed by Jesus Christ when Romans and Jews conspired to kill Jesus was?

This goes on to show that human beings are not reliable at all. Basing on my gospel research and teaching, brothers and sisters, mothers and father hear me out. Human beings cannot be trusted but only respected.

This goes on to solidify my approach of not trusting human beings at all.

Despite how cruel and dangerous Barabbas was, people chose to side with Barabbas while baying for Jesus’ innocent blood.

In my personal experience, I have helped so many people in life, including church elders, deacons and pastors, but when I encountered personal problems, not even one of those came to my rescue.

Some have even asked me to be bail them out when arrested but are not willing to pay back yet in church, they are fond of splashing huge sums of money to pastors.

Remember people who plotted the death of Jesus were not outsiders, but church priests, elders and deacons.

There is no doubt the religious leaders of Israel were responsible for Jesus’ death.

According to MATTHEW 26:3-4, “The chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders of the church, assembled together to the palace of the high priest, who was called Caiaphas.”

And they consulted so that they might take Jesus by guile and kill Him.

MATTHEW 26:3 reads: “Then the chief priests and the elders of the people assembled in the palace of the high priest, whose name was Caiaphas,” The New Living Translation states: “At that same time the leading priests and elders were meeting at the residence of Caiaphas, the high priest.

The English Standard Version reads: “Then the chief priests and the elders of the people gathered in the palace of the high priest, whose name was Caiaphas.”

The Jewish leaders demanded of the Romans that Jesus be put to death (MATTHEW 27:22-25). They couldn’t continue to allow Him to work signs and wonders because it threatened their position and place in the religious society they dominated (JOHN 11:47-50), so “they plotted to put Him to death” (JOHN 11:53).

In a nutshell, people’s love is not genuine or sincere. When they need things from you at a given time, that’s when they pretend to be good.

Once they have benefited and received all they need at that time, they dump you. Some can even kill you.

This is why I’m urging you reader of this column not to dare put trust on human beings, but in Jehovah God through our Lord Jesus Christ.

TRIED AND TESTED FRIEND

The only trusted and worth friend to lean on is Jesus Christ, not human beings. Whenever you are in trouble, call upon this Jesus Christ. He shall surely defend you. Hypocritical people won’t.

According PSALM 50:15, “……and call on me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will honor me.” The New Living Translation states: “Then call on me when you are in trouble, and I will rescue you, and you will give me glory.”

The English Standard Version reads: “…..and call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me.”

To back-up my spiritual teaching, kindly read 2 CHRONICLES 7:14 where the most reliable Jehovah God assumes if we turn away from wicked ways, the merciful God shall surely heal our land (this means blessing us).

“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land,” while the New Living Translation states: “Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land.”

The same verse in the English Standard Version reads: “if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”

Even when it comes to giving money in church, don’t just give simply because you are being pushed by church leaders. Give when only coming from your heart.

Do it for Jehovah God, not for human beings. I for one, have since passed that stage of trying to please people. I would rather earn enemies while surely knowing Jehovah God is on my side.

Always make concerted effort to be kind to people and do things for others, whether they seem appreciative or not.

Doing good has its own reward/s in the EYES of Jehovah God, not in the eyes of corrupt human, jealousy, unsatisfied and less appreciative people.

My brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers, always live by the Golden rule to treat others as you would like to be treated.

According to LUKE 6:31 says: “Do to others as you would have them do to you,” while the New Living Translation states: “Do to others as you would like them to do to you,” with the English Standard Version And as you wish that others would do to you, do so to them.

Even the day one dies, one dies without anybody. So, make the right decisions. Do so as an individual not as a mob.

Those who believe in this TRUE GOSPEL say amen!
