THE devil is dictating pace on what churches pray for nowadays!

A closer look into today’s believers, majority of them embark on prayer and fasting for one reason – MONEY!

In money, this is where the devil and his demons have hidden! Please don’t misquote me on this one.

Admittedly, money is a current medium of exchange in the form of coins and banknotes that make people’s lives become better. However, in my journey with Jehovah God, I have come to a conclusion that without Jehovah God through Jesus Christ, in most cases many people continue to find these heavenly precious gifts elusive, particularly happiness, peace of mind, love, stable marriage, good health and generally satisfaction in life.

What we all need right now is Jehovah God through His begotten Son Jesus Christ so that we find true peace in our life, joy of heart, health, marriage stability and complete freedom.

You don’t need churches or so-called powerful prophets, bishops, or religious leaders for that matter, but only walking in the light of truth according to Jehovah God’s commandments. We also need to obey Jehovah God in totality!

Jesus Christ clearly demonstrated to us some 2 000 years ago that when we wholeheartedly believe in Jehovah God with all our hearts, minds and souls, we don’t need money at all in our lives.

When we learn to put our trust in the Almighty Jehovah God instead of our religious leaders, we are definitely given the power to do anything we desire in our lives without money. In Jesus’ name, we will surely replace the physical with spiritual turning the spiritual into physical.

When 5 000 people were hungry, Jesus did not ask for the congregants to contribute money for food. He simply took five loaves and two fish before looking up to heaven, and blessed.

Immediately, they all ate and were leftovers!

Luke 9:16 confirms my teaching: ‘Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he (Jesus) gave thanks and broke them. Then he gave them to the disciples to distribute to the people.

On Matthew 14:20, “They all (congregants) ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over.”

Jesus used the WORD instead of money to feed the hungry people. The power of Jehovah God can replace all earthly material but making all who believe to be happy and get satisfied.

At the wedding at Cana in Galilee, when wine ran out, Jesus Christ did not ask revelers to contribute money for more wine.

He simply replaced the money with the power of Jehovah God and turned water into wine. Amazing!

John 2:7 Jesus said to the servants, “Fill the jars with water”; so they filled them to the brim.

The English Standard Version reads: “Jesus said to the servants, “Fill the jars with water.” And they filled them up to the brim.”

After filling the jars with water, Jesus blessed, and the water turned into wine.

This is only done by those that who believe in Jehovah God even without money.

Further, Jesus assures us if we truly believe in Jehovah God through Him, even we drink poison, we shall not die. Even we touch snakes with bare hands, they will not bite us. Isn’t it amazing?

Mark 16:18 confirms my teachings: “they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”

The same verse in the New Living Translation reads: “They will be able to handle snakes with safety, and if they drink anything poisonous, it won’t hurt them. They will be able to place their hands on the sick, and they will be healed.” The English Standard Version states: “they will pick up serpents with their hands; and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

Jesus always taught and demonstrated that when we believe in Jehovah God through Him, we can always do anything.

Here we see Jesus replacing earthly material with heavenly or divine power to resolve physical challenges.

When the disciples had left Jesus behind and embarked on boat in to the water, Jesus did not hire or request another boat to follow them.

He simply walked on water! Matthew 14:25 confirms this again: “Shortly before dawn Jesus went out to them, walking on the lake,” while the New Living Translation says: “About three o’clock in the morning Jesus came toward them, walking on the water.”

We clearly see again that Jesus never prayed or fasted for money so that he became rich. He sought the divine power to replace earthly things but addressing a real transport challenge in the sea.

Some people might think the divine powers were always used in the New Testament; I can take you to one of the ancient prophets, Moses.

When he had taken the people of Israel from Pharaoh in Egypt, he crossed the Red Sea where there was no bridge, without a boat or ship.

Moses simply prayed to Jehovah God to replace the physical with the spiritual.

According to Exodus 14:21, “Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and all that night the LORD drove the sea back with a strong east wind and turned it into dry land. The waters were divided.”

The same verse in the New Living Translation states: “Then Moses raised his hand over the sea, and the LORD opened up a path through the water with a strong east wind. The wind blew all that night, turning the seabed into dry land.” The English Standard Version reads: “Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and the LORD drove the sea back by a strong east wind all night and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.”

It is amazing that we can always use the divine power of Jehovah God where we are supposed to be using money to buy boats, ships, bridges or aeroplanes.

We fear too much simply because believers of today know very well that what they worship is not a true Living Jehovah God because if we trusted in Him, we could do many more miracles.

One of the greatest prophets, Elisha, blinded and captured Syrian soldiers who wanted to attack him.

Elisha’s servant was always scared when his master was praying without fear.

But after noticing his servant did not have much faith in Jehovah God, Elisha pleaded with God to open his servant’s eyes so that he would also see that there was indeed solid divine protection surrounding them.

According to 2 Kings 6:17, Elisha prayed, “Open his eyes, LORD, so that he may see.” Then the LORD opened the servant’s eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.

The English Standard Version reads: Then Elisha prayed and said, “O LORD, please open his eyes that he may see.” So the LORD opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw, and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.

It is amazing how heavenly armed soldiers win war without a gun.

If you think this example happened long back in the Old Testament, I can quickly take you to Peter and John in the New Testament when falsely arrested by Romans. The following morning, the duo were outside heavily guarded prisons without any lawyers, judges or magistrates

Acts 5:19 confirms my teaching: “But during the night an angel of the Lord opened the doors of the jail and brought them out,” while the English Standard Version states: “But during the night an angel of the Lord opened the prison doors and brought them out.”

This is in the New Testament.

Brothers and sisters, fathers and mothers, don’t fast and pray for money through and through, these things will never satisfy your desires, but the true word of the Living Jehovah God I’m sharing with you in this platform.

When wicked and evil King Nebuchadnezzar threw Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego into the consuming fire, he was shocked to see the trio talking without any pain at all. Most excitingly, a fourth person appeared, and walked up and about in the furnace of fire with the trio.

According to Daniel 3:25, when the king had thrown the trio into fire, he was surprised: “Look! I see four men walking around in the fire, unbound and unharmed, and the fourth looks like a son of the gods.”

The New Living Translation reads: “Look!” Nebuchadnezzar shouted. “I see four men, unbound, walking around in the fire unharmed! And the fourth looks like a god!”

People of God, let us not pray for money in our assemblies, but seek Jehovah God in faith and truth so that all these other things shall be added unto our lives.
