PRETORIA – Champions Mamelod Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane says he enjoyed the game against Zamalek in the African Champions’ League group match which they beat Egyptian side Zamalek 1-0 to advance to the semi-finals of the competition at Lucas Moripe StadiumWednesday night.
“We could have scored more, we ended up enjoying the game more than trying to score but it’s also good to enjoy the game, to have confidence on the ball and they dominated,” Mosimane told SuperSport.
“Percy is always a game-changer, but I’m happy with Teko tonight, most especially when they didn’t press us on the ball and then he’ll spread all the passes, very good.
“We got what we wanted, we got the three points, we dominated the game, and by the way we played Zamalek hey, so it’s good.”
Sundowns’ next game is against Enyimba on the 23rd of August.
