True Gospel with SAVIOUS-PARKER KWINIKA
AFTER having been carefully studying the word of Jehovah God with keen interest, I can safely proclaim to all born again believers the devil is the weakest opponent ever to beat whether in spiritual realm or physical world.
However, the reason why believers always find themselves defeated by the devil is simply because they have allowed Satan to humiliate them due to their lack of information or ignorance of the word of Jehovah God.
More so, we have removed our trust in Jehovah God and elevated human beings, especially pastors, church founders or so-called prophets. We have placed these ahead of our Creator.
This week I would like to share with you how the devil and his evil forces called demons operate. These have brought suffering to the world.
A brief look at how the devil and his demons operate, I’m left convinced fellow believers, we have been given power over unclean spirits and the devil himself.
This is confirmed in the book of Matthew 10:1, when Jesus Christ had chosen His twelve disciples and gave them authority.
“Jesus called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out impure spirits and to heal every disease and sickness.”
The New Living Translation states: “Jesus called his twelve disciples together and gave them authority to cast out evil spirits and to heal every kind of disease and illness.”
But why in the first place should we also study about the devil and his demons instead of Jesus Christ and His Father Jehovah God only?
Well, my answer dear reader is simple! Jesus Christ and Jehovah God are not our enemies! Our greatest adversary today is not Jesus or Jehovah God, but the devil and demons hence we seek more information about them.
The book of 2 Corinthians 2:11 backs my argument. One of my greatest Apostles ever, Paul of Tarsus, says: “…..in order that Satan might not outwit us. For we are not unaware of his schemes.”
The same verse in the New Living Translation reads: “…..so that Satan will not outsmart us. For we are familiar with his evil schemes,” while the English Standard Version states: “….so that we would not be outwitted by Satan; for we are not ignorant of his designs.”
So, we have to know how the devil and his demons also operate in order to have advantage over them.
In political science, they say an enemy you don’t know always defeats you.
I can give practical examples about football having once played top flight soccer. If a coach does not spy on opposing teams, they risk losing games to opponents and eventually lose their job.
So, to gain victory over opposing teams, a clever coach must send spies to study opponents before engaging them in a fight.
The strategy to spy on opposing teams is to ensure the club has enough information about how their opponent plays. This also enables the coach to study about deadly opposition strikers, how they dribble, shoot and underhand tactics.
Surely, an enemy you don’t know will defeat you. That’s how the devil and demons defeat humankind.
Americans are also good example. They are the world’s superpower and maintained global dominance. This is simply because the United States of America (USA) uses spies of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to spy on rival nations such as China, Russia, North Korea and Germany. They sometimes even spy on their so-called best friends.
This enables the US know about these countries’ strength or weakness, their military power and kind of weapons in their possession so that when they engage in war, the US always romps to victory.
Zimbabwe is another worthy example. Aging leader President Robert Mugabe, has been in power for 36 years, and going for more despite hatred by some sections.
Mugabe use spies of the Central Intelligence Organisation (CIO) to gather information about all opposition political parties in Zimbabwe, and more-so, from within the ruling Zanu (PF).
Such wisdom gives Mugabe authority over all opposition parties despite cries of election rigging, unfair playing field, vote buying, but the bottom line the veteran leader always outwits his opposition counterparts in many things.
So, we need Christ in this war against the devil and demons.
We definitely need information from the other side! Information about the devil and his demons is desperately required by Christians in order to live victorious life.
Secondly, we must not quit easily despite our challenges. The moment one quits, one is indirectly allowing the devil to easily have power over one.
Fellow believers, brothers and sisters, fathers and mothers, as born again Christians, we always need to persevere, endure and remain steadfast.
Yes, I’m using these endless words because I’m a journalist, an award winning for that matter. I’m doing this to try to give you as many appropriate words that would open your eyes so that you know Jesus Christ has already given us power over unclean spirits.
Remain steadfast, be firm, be unwavering, and changeless in our worship for Jehovah God.
Also, as Christ followers, let us completely refuse to be tempted. Our Lord Jesus Christ plainly told the devil this.
Luke 4:12, Jesus answered, “It is said: ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the test.”
The New Living Translation reads, Jesus responded, “The Scriptures also say, ‘You must not test the LORD your God,” with the English Standard Version And Jesus answered him, “It is said, ‘You shall not put the Lord your God to the test.’”
So, in a nutshell, refuse to be tempted.
I’m sharing with you reader so that when you know the devices of the devil, as Paul of Tarsus rightly puts it, victory will always be yours.
I repeat 2 Corinthians 2:11, “in order that Satan might not outwit us. For we are not unaware of his schemes,” the English Standard Version says: “so that we would not be outwitted by Satan; for we are not ignorant of his designs.”
In real life, the devil beats us Christians because he has information about our weaknesses. Remember the devil was once an angel, senior choir Master of Jehovah God before rebelling.
When our weakness is about the love of too many beautiful women, the devil throws them to you so that you fall through women.
If the devil knows your fears are based on poverty, he makes you lose jobs wherever you get employed.
If your weakness is greedy, especially women loving successful men, the devil throws them many before you so that you spend the rest of your life chasing after men yet losing glorious opportunity of getting married.
Remember the devil comes for only three things, to STEAL, KILL and DESTROY.
By the time you would want someone to marry you, already you are too old, nobody loves you.
