True Gospel with SAVIOUS-PARKER KWINIKA
MANY people always ask why I’m not deterred by criticism despite it coming left, right and centre. It even comes from the so-called big names of Africa.

I always respond confidently and coolly, “Jesus Christ died for me way back. As such, I’m a new creature.”

More-so, I’m encouraged and motivated by our Lord Jesus Christ in the book of John 8:7 when the Son of Jehovah God challenged hypocrites: “Whoever is without sin among you, let him be the first to cast a stone at her,” while the New International Version states: “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.”

This clearly confirms there is nobody under the sun who can claim to be perfect or holy, unless sanctified by the blood of Jesus Christ.

This is why I’m not so afraid.

This is why I’m neither jittery nor frightened.

I’m never fearful, nervous or panicky no matter how much the criticism by impostors of this world.

Those people trying to criticise me have their own weaknesses too. So, I and they are sinners.

In the book of 1 John 1:8, Apostle John says: “If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.”

Weighing in is my favourite apostle of all times, Apostle Paul of Tarsus.

In the book of 2 Corinthians 5:17, he says: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here,” while the New Living Translation reads: “This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!”

Apostle Paul knew well the meaning of receiving salvation than most hypocrites today. Most believers, religious elders, pastors, high priests, church founders including those not yet ‘born again’ are good at pretending who they yet without practicing what they say in life.

However, if all of us confess our sins and accept that Jesus Christ, the Son of the true living Jehovah God is Lord, then all our sins are forgiven. Our sins automatically vanish into thin air!

Forget what the devil would remind you about your past. Resist the devil and his demons of ‘doom’ and they shall leave you in peace. This is the reason why I remain bold and fearless in the face of criticism by some people pretending to be holy or perfect.

Remember Apostle Paul. He was infamous for persecuting believers. He killed hordes and left many women widows with orphans. However, after receiving salvation, he (Apostle Paul) vehemently refused to ever sin against anybody because he knew what salvation was all about.

Jehovah God wants all of us to come before Him, kneel down and confess our sins so as to wash them away. According to Isaiah 1:18 says: “Come now, let’s settle this,” says the LORD. “Though your sins are like scarlet, I will make them as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, I will make them as white as wool.”

The same verse in the English Standard Version reads: “Come now, let us reason together, says the LORD: though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall become like wool.”

So, whenever some people try to dig deep into your past, and perhaps try to remind you, outrightly reject their unnecessary and unjustified criticism, which is aimed at pulling yourself down.

The trick is to simply confess your sins, but sin no more. Whether enemies would continue to remind about your past in order to blame, please vehemently reject their criticism since they will be completely irrelevant, baseless, inapplicable, trivial and immaterial.

One of Jesus’ long serving disciples, John, says on 1 John 1:9, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” The English Standard Version states: “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

Hence, I like the Apostle Paul as in Romans 6:1-22 when he taught us: “What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin that grace may abound? By no means! How can we who died to sin still live in it? Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?”

He continued, “We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.

“We know that our old self was crucified with him in order that the body of sin might be brought to nothing, so that we would no longer be enslaved to sin. For one who has died has been set free from sin.”

“Now if we have died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him. So you also must consider yourselves dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus. For sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace. But thanks be to God, that you who were once slaves of sin have become obedient from the heart to the standard of teaching to which you were committed, and, having been set free from sin, have become slaves of righteousness.”

“But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the fruit you get leads to sanctification and its end, eternal life,” Apostle Paul says.

In conclusion, always remember, whenever we confess our sins and pray for each other, we get healed from any sicknesses.

The problem most churches nowadays is their reluctance to confess their sins openly. They argue Jesus would take care of the rest. That is false and wrong.

According to James 5:16 says: “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.”

The English Standard Version reads: “Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.”

Thus, I reject such hypocritical and unnecessary criticism from fault finders because I have already been made a new creature by the blood of Jesus Christ.

You too must reject this dear reader. If you believe, your sins may be forgiven and you will be made righteous in the eyes of our Creator, who is Jehovah God, please say amen!.
