Mosimane hopes to have a more prepared squad and greater selection options for the clash against Enyimba and does not want to think beyond this game – Sundowns next take on Egyptian giants Zamalek who beat Enyimba away on a mud puddle pitch.
“We have another chance next year and that will be our major focus. We are not worried about our opponents, but will give everything all the same. I will not read anything into Enyimba’s loss to Zamalek on a very bad pitch,” says Mosimane.
Sundowns won their opening group match 2-0 against Algerians Setif who have since been banned after violence scenes following Masandawana’s away win. Sundowns are now starting afresh in a group that has been reduced to three teams.
